I've been in the music industry, seeing talented artists struggle to balance creative work with the endless demands of promotion and business management.
In every role, I noticed the same pattern:
professionals with deep expertise spending most of their time on tasks that didn't require their skills.
Then AI arrived, and everyone said it would change everything.
